The Administrative Committee manages the Society’s finances and internal operations, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and responsibly. It oversees budgeting, financial records, and communication between leadership and members to keep everyone informed and aligned.

Events Committee
The Events Committee plans and coordinates the Accounting Society’s meetings and special events throughout the year. It organizes general meetings, guest speakers, and networking opportunities that bring members together and support the Society’s professional and community goals.

Outreach Committee
The Outreach Committee promotes the Accounting Society and builds connections beyond the organization. It leads membership recruitment, manages external communications, and helps strengthen relationships with students, faculty, and professional partners.

Programming Committee
The Programming Committee develops initiatives that support the Society’s mission outside of formal events. It focuses on projects, resources, and programs that enhance learning, professional development, and engagement among members.

Audit Committee
The Audit Committee consists of four members who review the accounting records and internal controls of the society at least annually, audit attendance records, and report to the Board of Directors.

Bylaws Committee
The Bylaws Committee consists of the Secretary, who chairs the committee, and five members who review all proposed Bylaws amendments and advise the membership accordingly. The committee also reviews the Bylaws and policies of the society at least annually and resolves questions involving the meaning or application of the Bylaws, under the condition that any decision of the committee may be appealed to the membership.

Election Committee
The Election Committee consists of three members who conduct elections of directors, assist with filling vacancies, and oversee recognition programs.

Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee consists of the President, who chairs the committee, and four members who conduct ethics proceedings, review the Code of Ethics at least annually, and further awareness of professional ethics in accounting.
